The Economy: Adaptation or Extinction

Good Day Everyone,

The doomsayers keep spinning their web based on "reality".

The latest figures state that over 4.4 million jobs have been lost and that the unemployment figures are at 8.1%. May I point out that this means 91.9% of Americans are still employed!

In an article in today's New York Times, journalists Peter Goodman and Jack Healy point out that a vast remaking of the United States economy is underway. Finally!

The way we have done business in American obviously hasn't work. It has been based on the fear of lack. This ubiquitous belief has propelled banks and others to conduct business often in less than ethical or healthy terms.

Think about this for just a minute. When you're afraid there's not enough for you, what does your human mind do with this information? It begins scheming and conniving, right? The prevailing belief in American business has been that bigger is always better. It doesn't consider that the quality of the growth is of any consequence.

Years ago I had a professor at Cornell who was showing us the "life cycle" of a business. The business is born, it grows, it levels off. Then, at this point, it has to grow again. Here's the critical point: unless it changes this growth cannot be accomplished. The change required at that point is something NEW and innovative, a better version of what has come before it. In the hospitality sector, this meant proliferating more franchise products, so that now all we see at every freeway off ramp is a saturation of the same products and not a whole lot of unique choices. Everyone took their competitive marketing cue from the others, basically resulting in a lot of the same. It was a whole lot more fun and interesting (quality) to travel by car 40 years ago when the choices for food and lodging were offered by independents from the local region.

Another strategy for growing a company after the leveling-off stage has been merging and acquiring. Giant conglomerates have emerge from this strategy like Phillip Morris. This doesn't mean that the company improved, changed, or re-made itself, it just means that "on the books" it grew in dollars earned often acquiring companies within industries in which they had no expertise. Much like the American consumer just buying more stuff.

Business is a place where innovation can and should be rewarded. However, the American thinking of investors has been just to make money by whatever means - in short, the idea of quality and innovation was thrown to the wayside for profit taking by parting out companies and/or betting. The stock market is now less the arena for supporting new businesses and ideas than it is a commonplace craps table.

We can have methods for evaluating a company, but without regard and respect for the inherent "quality" of a company factored in, the products and services, ideas and research that drive a company are not in the calculations. This is basically equivalent to no one saying, "Ah, excuse me, the Emperor is naked."

Take the American car companies, for example. All are 'victim' of lackful thinking /or group think. This is how business is always done. Over the past decade when other car manufacturers such as Honda and Toyota were putting out cars that lasted more than a decade and met fuel efficiency standards ahead of schedule, the American car companies were still creating gas hogs that self-destructed at less than 100,000 miles.

Natural Law on Earth is either change or go extinct. They nw are nearly extinct and we will watch to see if the US Government can support them while they try to catch up.

Mother Nature is not that accommodating. If a species cannot adapt, it dies.

Adaptation or change has to be built into the system of corporate evaluation. Indeed, the NYT journalists are right on target. A vast remaking of our economy must be underway, or we will perish. It's Natural Law.

The American people and our thinking over the last 100 years have traveled a path so far away from Nature, that we no longer even consider Natural Law when we are working on a business plan. It's about the money. Oddly enough, if we operate according to Natural Law where only Quality gets to exist, the money would flood in beyond our wildest dreams. Human mind thoughts based in lack and fear work counterproductive to the Laws of Nature, and therefore, are not sustainable.

We humans are Natural creatures subject to the Laws of Nature just as every flower, animal and cell are. Our creations are subject to Natural Law, as well. And Quality is the name of Her game.

What does this mean to you, the individual? It means you are subject to the Laws of Nature, as well. You must change and adapt or go extinct, as well. What holds you back from changing yourself into something more and better than the previous version of you? It's probably fear, just as fear of not enough led to this economic collapse. Indeed, it is time and the time is ripe for
creating a new economy based on Quality and Plenty.

As Anis Nin said, "There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

It's time for America, and each individual citizen, to bloom.

A Nation of Cowards - Hmmm

Good Morning Everyone!

Well, our new Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder, has pronounced that America is a nation of cowards when it comes to discussing matters related to race. While Mr. Holder may not win any awards for diplomacy, sometimes it is a good thing to say something that shocks. On this point, I applaud him for shocking us.

The good part about this is that it causes us to really think and consider the veracity of his statement. Are we afraid?

I'd say we are. I'd say we are afraid of many things, and it is our fear that holds us back from all the Good Stuff.

Yesterday I listened to an interview - for a very short time - of Howard Davidowitz, described as a retail analyst. Ok. I'll bite. The interview was a fearful and inflammatory tirade of how dire things are and how bad they are still going to get. Well, that's nice, Howard. And what Good do you suppose is going to come from that bit of rhetoric?

I mention this to bring to light that Mr. Davidowitz mirrors to us our fears. YEECH! And no one likes to acknowledge the fearful places in our minds, now do we? Of course not.

But the unmitigated truth is that unless we acknowledge that we are afraid, we can't make the next decision, which is to be unafraid. And that, dear reader, is wherein all our power lies - in making a new decision.

A friend and I were discussing the economic stimulus package last night. She felt that at least someone was attempting to try new ideas, and for this we should all get in line and support the plan. I agree. I really don't think we can make a wrong decision, but what makes something "not work" is our divided focus for and against it. Once we line up with a decision, the results are quickly assessed, and we can make new choices from there. But harken to the old line thinkers who have to assert their doom and gloom. For pity sake, you didn't have anything better to offer. So either contribute a new idea or bloody get out of the energetic way. This to the news media, as well.

I'm all for free speech, and certainly Mr Davidowitz has the right to his opinion, but he is only one person whose opinion is no more or no less valid than any other. So why doesn't abc news find someone to point to the Good News, as well? What good news? Well for starters, I know right here in Medina, Ohio two new businesses that opened their doors this month. The Country Baker and Zeppe's Pizza both on Medina Road, Rte 18. These are folks who march to their own drummer, expanding, whilst others are running around like Chicken Little yelling that the sky is falling.

If the stats say there's 8% unemployment, doesn't it follow that it means that 92% are still employed? And who are they measuring?

We are not a nation of cowards, not by a long shot. We are, however, unsure as to how to proceed. And like every other human on the planet, we are paused at times by our fears. This is sometimes a very wise pause, because before we can strike out in a new direction, isn't is a good thing to want to know where we want to be heading. The fear tells us we are separated in our mind from our Good. Lost. To acknowledge this is to gain footing back into Well Being. At the moment I can declare to myself that I am afraid of ________; I immediately know what I do want. I want to feel Good, and I want the fullness of that Good.

Now I have a reorientation towards my Good. I can ask for new ideas, new perspectives, new ways and allow the path to my Good to unfold to me.

So, if we have been afraid of discussing matters of race, and now we know we want to feel confidant and love in discussing matters of race, it will be so. We have pointed our intentions fully in that direction, and that is where we will end up.

Let's just decide to acknowledge that we have been a bit stuck on many issues, but that is what change is all about. No longer are we like deer caught in the headlights of a truck. We acknowledge our fears; we name them; and now we point our intentions for freedom from fear and alignment with the fullness of all our Good. New friends of any color, new wealth, new ideas and new, better adventures in Remembering Who We Really Are.

All humans, separated from Source are cowards; but we are divine Godchips having this amazing human adventure on earth in the physical. Fearless.

Cleaning Up Your Vibrational Signature - Part 1

Good Morning Everyone!

A cold, but Sunny! morning in Ohio. Yikes, we are all in a deep freeze right now. Knowing that everything is for the Good, I wonder the Good and Perfection that Nature has in mind with such a cold time. Is it killing bad bugs? Realigning new cold set points for fruit trees with a wonderful harvest to follow? Or strongly encouraging us to S.T.O.P.?

Last evening I went out with some new friends to a meeting. When we were driving home around midnight, everything was literally frozen in its tracks. Water dripping earlier in warming sunshine had frozen mid stream. Full S.T.O.P.

But even at midnight there was a significant number of cars on the road. We never S.T.O.P. When I got home, I offered the open door to my cat, Woody. "Want to go outside?" He looked at me as if I'd lost my mind, then changed his and tentatively stepped out. He took a few sniffs, shook his feet and hightailed it right back in. I tend to look at the beasts to see what a natural movement would look like without a human mind to interfere with common sense. Except for meals and potty breaks, even Woody the cat is hibernating, laying low, stopping.

But our relentless human mind will not let us be still. It pokes and prods with its incessant messages of lack and fear: better get out there, you're missing something; better go and try to make some money; better go, go, go and do, do, do.

We are beings. Being is ising. We vibrate, we are. This is the composite of Who We Really Are.
We are either ising contentment, joy, creativity, with our unique signature of areness - or we are ising our uniqueness in lack and fear driven by the dictates of our human mind that tells us there is simply not enough. So, where are you this morning?

What are you focusing on this morning? Is the task to which you are applying your focus (your Spirit) something that delights, invigorates and enlivens you? Or are you doing this thing because you mind told you that you should, or ought, or better had?

Nothing comes from nothing. Good begets Good. This is law.

The awareness of why you are doing whatever it is you are up to is paramount now. We are being raised into Light and Life; the results are going to come faster and faster. With your mind you are the focuser of where you are going, laser sharp and lightening fast.

If you are coming from a place of lack, it will get bigger. If you are motivated from a place of fear, that fear will magnify. There is no more time for "I'll get to it later".

Taking care of and cleaning up your vibration is today's work! Right now.

Like putting your clothes away as you use them, taking care of your vibration as you are aware of negative emotion in each moment, over time and without a whole lot of angst, you raise it bit by bit, day by day and soon you are experiencing a whole new life with a whole different set of choices available than those from where you began.

It's the New Year. If you made only one resolution and followed it through this year, cleaning up your personal vibrational signature would be the ONE.

Your assignment is to simply become aware of how you are feeling. Notice. Pay attention. Keep a journal or a log of how you are feeling and why you are doing whatever it is you are up to. What are you talking about and why are you saying it? For these are the things you are giving attention to and therefore, matter. They will become manifest more quickly. Notice, for now.

In the following posts I'll be giving you some very real and practical tools to use to deliberately change your personal vibrational content.

This is will be Your Good Year if you consciously and deliberately apply your Spirit.

Thanks for reading!

Change, Transformation and Life

Hello Everyone,

Go for it! Yep. Just go for it.

What is your "it"? What is unfinished business that you need to clean up? What the heck are you waiting for? Get on with it, now.

In these kind of times where everything seems to be in disarray, now is the time to go for your dream. Why? Because nobody knows what is going to come or going to happen, and that is because we are creating it as we go. We all are, you and me, by what we choose.

There is no "it's meant to be" stuff. Nothing except your joy and expansion are meant to be. This is because 1. the nature of your True Being is joy and freedom and 2. no one else is creating for you, unless of course you are creating by default riding in the slip stream of vibration watching from the peanut gallery as a voyeur of life.

Look at it this way: this time, right now, is your life. If you're "waiting" for something, you're passively allowing others to create the movie that you're only watching from the sidelines.

Of course, if you are enjoying this - keep on keeping on. However, if you aren't even aware that you're just watching Life and not participating in it, well then, for heaven's sake snap out of it.

Here's the deal: one day you will pass on from this plane of existence. Everyone will and does. The real question is on that day, in that moment when it is just You and you will you have a giant smile on your face saying to yourself, "That was great! I had a blast! Well done to me! I'm ready for what is next." Or will you be clinging to your last breath saying, "Oh no, I'm not ready. I didn't get to....."

The world is undergoing a consciousness expansion which will be characterized in each and every life as a return to Quality and Real. Those are the hallmarks of why we came here and what constitutes a well-lived life. We feel satisfied and fulfilled when we are resonating with that Godchip within. That Godchip is the highest Quality and the Real of real; always feels Good and Fulfilling. Often the worldly success comes with It; but we don't get the worldly success without the Real and Quality.

We are coming to the closing days of 2008, a most amazing year in so many ways. It is a natural time to take stock, inventory, and evaluate the Quality and Real in your Life.

Take the time with yourSelf to do this. Ask yourSelf the hard questions. Make the personal changes. Make your criteria more Fulfillment, Quality and Real, then watch your life take off.

You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. A Real Life.

Boots On, America! New Game On!

Good Morning Everyone!

Wow! Wow! Wow! A new day has dawned in America, at last! These are amazing times we live in.
Last night I went to a neighbor's home to watch the election returns. I was stunned. When I arrived about 7:30 pm (PST), everything on television was a "projection". By 8:15 we were watching Senator McCain's gracious concession speech. I've never seen an election happen that fast.

But I don't want to talk about politics today; I want to tell you what happened in my heart last night. As the cameras panned the crowds in Times Square Station in New York and Grant Park in Chicago, what I saw were the myriad faces of America. There in tears, celebrating and cheering were every race, nationality, and religion. I don't remember seeing all Americans so happy since we landed on the moon. Tears were rolling down my face, as well.

Then I noticed an ease coming into my body. Some posture, some old longing and yearning was being fulfilled. Then I understood. This is what the Me of me has been holding the space for for over 40 years. That thing that I suppose I came in with, that all encompassing love and inclusion was being fulfilled in the physical. I still weep with joy, as I write this, feeling that Gladness in my heart.

I never lost hope in our America or our world or all our people. I have, I will admit, felt weary.

This election has reflected a consciousness shift in America. The time is now. Where as in the last election we had 48% of the popular vote, this time a firm 52%. In four years 4% of the people grew their consciousness. This election was not about the issues of economy, war and politics so much as it demonstrates an expansion of our consciousness. Our willingness and desire to grow and change; feel good about who we are as a people and include everyone. It is a movement into Oneness.

Hope, joy, and love have returned to America. This ushers in a new era of strength in Love. Hmm, where have we heard that before? Love includes, endures, hopes, and believes. It is not naive but wide awake. This might be a good time to read 1 Corinthians 13 which I will include here now.

1
1 If I speak in human and angelic tongues 2 but do not have love, I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal.
2
And if I have the gift of prophecy and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge; if I have all faith so as to move mountains but do not have love, I am nothing.
3
If I give away everything I own, and if I hand my body over so that I may boast but do not have love, I gain nothing.
4
3 Love is patient, love is kind. It is not jealous, (love) is not pompous, it is not inflated,
5
it is not rude, it does not seek its own interests, it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury,
6
it does not rejoice over wrongdoing but rejoices with the truth.
7
It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
8
4 Love never fails. If there are prophecies, they will be brought to nothing; if tongues, they will cease; if knowledge, it will be brought to nothing.
9
For we know partially and we prophesy partially,
10
but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
11
When I was a child, I used to talk as a child, think as a child, reason as a child; when I became a man, I put aside childish things.
12
At present we see indistinctly, as in a mirror, but then face to face. At present I know partially; then I shall know fully, as I am fully known.
13
5 So faith, hope, love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Then is now. It has come.

President Elect Obama has called for our help. It is all hands on deck. So how can we help in our every day, ordinary lives?

Our assignment is simple: we return intolerance with tolerance. We soothe and include, rather than rub salt into old wounds and make others bad or wrong. We, turn the other cheek. We allow. We listen. We love. We include.

President Elect Obama in his victory speech last night said this:

“This victory alone is not the change we seek. It is only the chance for us to make that change. And that cannot happen if we go back to the way things were.

“It can’t happen without you, without a new spirit of service, a new spirit of sacrifice.

“So let us summon a new spirit of patriotism, of responsibility, where each of us resolves to pitch in and work harder and look after not only ourselves but each other."

So, what can you do right now? You can summon up that new spirit of patriotism which means you return intolerance and bigotry, which is thinly disguised fear, with tolerance and hopefully allowance. You listen respectfully to those who are scared of this change. You hear them. You return Love to them.
There are a lot of folks out there today who feel doom about this change, who are afraid. To them President Elect O'bama said this:

“And to those Americans whose support I have yet to earn, I may not have won your vote tonight, but I hear your voices. I need your help. And I will be your president, too."

The time of divisiveness is over. We, too, have to change. We no longer call them "bigots" or "narrow-minded". There is no more name calling. There is only me listening to you, with my full attention and respect for your opinions and concerns. There is only me tell you, there is a place for everyone at this banquet.

Boots On! Time to live the consciousness we espouse. Time to be the change we want to see in the world. There is much work to do; and much adventure, surprise, and delight to be witnessed along the way.

Boots On, America! New Game On!

Truth or Dare: The Change We Seek is Truth

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080430/ap_on_el_pr/obama_pastor

Hello Folks,

This afternoon I see there is another brouhaha with Pastor Wright and Senator Obama at the center once again.

This is good stuff. Not for the reasons you might think, but for getting the "pink elephant" in the middle of America's living room finally out in the open.

What's the elephant? Americans don't trust their own government. We doubt the veracity, the sincerity and the substance of what we are told. We doubt that the government, our politicians, and most certainly the lobbyists have anything of the greater good in mind at all.

Reverend Wright simply has the "audacity" to speak his mind. For this I applaud him. I wish with all my wee heart that he wasn't so bent on "black" liberation, but would include all of us in his bid for more freedom, truth and joy in America.

The truth of the matter is that it has been a very, very long time since Americans believed in or believed their government. I think maybe "politician and lobbyist" might have sunk below the lawyer and used car salesman bid for the lowest of the low.

If Senator Obama represents change, and I certainly hope that he does, then isn't the primary change we, the citizens MUST insist on, is a firm and absolute dedication to the utter and complete truth, no matter how awful it might be?

Senator Obama can seize the day right now and THANK Reverend Wright for bringing up the issue of lying in America. He can also use the platform of "black liberation" and use that to expand on the notion to "freedom for all Americans" from lying, manipulation and self-serving interests - corporate, political or individual.

So, here it is folks, like the child in the family that just blurts out the truth in front of company, Reverend Wright speaks it as it is. He doesn't trust the government. Do you?

I know I don't; and the sequel to that one is with all my heart I believe in an America where we both can and do. I believe it is possible, even probable. It starts with you and me. We insist on it.
We ask Senator Obama to champion the change we want most - the unvarnished Truth.

When we start telling the Truth here in America, then the issues we're distracted with - health care, the economy, oil, you name it - then we can Really Solve Them together.

Good Beyond Measure

Christmas Eve

There's a hush that comes over the world on Christmas Eve. Have you ever noticed?

Walk out tonight. Take a break from the feasting, the gatherings, the merriment and step out to look up at the night sky. Tonight will be spectacular for two events are happening in the night sky: a full moon and Mars. You can see Mars when you're looking at the full moon. (see link: http://www.telescopes.net/doc/3000).

Mars is in Opposition tonight, which means it will appear large, reddish and can be seen with the naked eye. It will appear right next to the giant Full Moon, which illuminates the night without scorching us. These are magical nights where you can walk about without aid of flashlight, but everything is frosty and brilliant.

It's so interesting that Mars, the planet of war, is being so fully illuminated on the full moon.
Perhaps the Moon will illuminate us about war without scorching us, softly and gently and profoundly. Step out and see what happens.

We are so Good. We are so full of Good. (Remember, please that Good is a noun!)

Here are some links to illustrate just a very few of the abundant and overwhelming Good in our World.

When you're out there tonight soaking up the magic and mystery of Christmas Eve, imagine the Good; determine to only see the Good in 2008.

We can and do change the world every moment depending on our lens through which we see things.

Take that feeling of tonight with you into the year in to every single moment. Resolve to hang on to that feel of Well Being no matter what. This is how we change it to look like what we imagine it to be.

Well, Well, Well: Going Through

Good Day Everyone!

Well, it's cool and promising rain in September here in the mountains of San Diego. This is almost unheard of. But I for one am thankful. The cool of fall is here just in time for the equinox. see link (http://www3.kumc.edu/diversity/other/autumnal.html). I think this is my favorite time of year. Cleaning out the gutters, stacking and covering the fire wood, insulating the water lines, digging out my winter clothes and putting my flannel sheets back on the bed. The night sky is incredible. Cozy is back!

This year I'm dealing with my water well. To my way of discerning information about my life, this is a very significant activity. For help in interpreting such a monumental event, I often use the I Ching for guidance. The I Ching, often referred to as the Book of Changes, is intuitive and useful and performs exactly to the Christian advice, "Ask and It is Given."

My water well seems to have mud in it. So much so that we are now having to line the well and insert a sand separator to filter out the sand/mud. The 48th hexagram in the I Ching speaks directly to the water well of a village. (see link) http://deoxy.org/iching/48. I might add here that this is one of the few times that the symbol is actually appearing in the physical, so it's definitely a "sit-up and pay attention" time for me.

When one reads the I Ching, it's a good idea to read the previous hexagram, and then read the one you're focused on; and then the succeeding hexagram, as well to give you the flow, the movement you might say, of what is going on in your life. Perspective. In this case, the previous hexagram is #47 Exhaustion (see link) http://deoxy.org/iching/47. (Oh, no duh.) And the hexagram after the Well is #49, Revolution. (see link) http://deoxy.org/iching/49.

And then, of course there is the "going through", the passage.

I use myself as example so that you might reflect on the passages of your own life. We're never stuck or stagnant, but moving from one place to another. The Soul, our Internal Guidance System, our Godchip, is always reaching for more love, more Life, more freedom, more joy, more expansion which is its nature - these are our heart's desires, of course. That's how we register them with our human mind. My heart's desires are.... And when we ask, it is granted.

But to allow them in is the point of challenge to each of us. This is where human, conditioned mind tell us these things are not ours. Or we should not reach for so much. Or we don't deserve these things, or it's just not possible - "you're dreamin'!" But the heart, the Soul, our Self knows better. It knows that anything is possible and so, we dare to reach. And thus begins the internal work of letting go of that which no longer serves us - status-quo, the way it is, the way we've always done it; the way I have always believed things to be. Our wee little hand reaches for the unseen and the unknown. We are in free fall. Once you let go from what was, it is a walk of faith in the land of ambiguity. Constantly checking in to see what belief you're tempted to run back and cling to (is this where Klingon came from?) so you can consciously remind yourself to let it go.

The human mind screams out warnings of fear and panic. Don't do it! Go back! You'll be ruined!
You'll die. (The proverbial Rock). While the Godchip is saying, "It's ok, let go, all is well, TRUST!" ( The proverbial Hardplace).

I am in such a movement. Tired of what was, no longer wanting what I have had, and boldly reaching for a new life in a brand new way. I am...going through. When I was reading the hexagrams this morning, I understood in one fell swoop why people don't want to change. It's is because of this place I am in, the going through. It's like being in a fun house. Remember that ride at the amusement park.? You're going through this dark place in a little car, and scary things pop up along the way to terrorize you (human mind), yet you continue on the ride, you continue to go through and eventually you see the light and come out the other side. It is the going through that people do not want to do.

For me, the discomfort of staying where I was, was greater than the fear of going through. Although yesterday and today I am in pea soup and definitely wondering why I didn't just stay put. It's pretty dark and mucky and scary. However, I know there is also a way to go through well.

Hence, I began today with the I Ching for the overview. The day to day, minute by minute what should I "do" questions and answers are more subtle. But the rules for going through are fairly simple. First, until you feel ok, well, hopeful.....you must stop. The first thing is to always get yourself feeling better about something. Refocus. Find anything that will make you feel the relief. Once stabilized there, you can look to the situation and find the good things going on in the chaos. Make a list. Feel the support of the diamonds in the pile of crap. How full is the glass, really. Get outrageous in finding the good things.

Now you're at a place where you can begin to look at what can I literally "do". Above all, do nothing until you're feeling better and seeing the good things, the support in the chaos. Now do what feels best, and only what feels best. I sometimes think this is the hardest place, because my human mind is screaming about "duty", "should", "responsibility"...and often times this is exactly what we are transforming within ourselves, these concepts and how they look in the physical. It's truly the fun house floor of shifting and dropping and keeping you off balance. What's real and what's Real?

I once had a friend who belonged to the Explorer's Club. These are people who explore the wonders of the world where no one else usually goes. The highest mountain peaks, the poles, the darkest rivers in the deepest jungles. I believe this journey- the inner journey of letting go and reaching for more - is the penultimate Explorer's Club - the conscious and deliberate exploration into higher, purer levels of consciousness. There is no map for this work, but it is elegantly guided and supported by the whole of the Universe.

This, dear people, is the cutting edge of the cutting edge. It is not glamorous. It doesn't garner the limelight.

It is solo, yet you are not alone. It is private, yet all of heaven is rooting for you! It is yours for the asking and the daring to "go through". You cannot fail. I cannot fail.

Death as An Advisor

Good Day All that Is,

It's a perfect day here in San Diego. But then, we have a lot of them. I'd call it an 11 because it's still cool.

So the question is, what are you waiting for? Hmm? I'll add another question to that one: why aren't you where you want to be? Hmm? If you make a list of all the things you think got in your way, re-read it. Now listen. They were all you. All of them.

Life isn't a dress rehearsal. Today is the day. Today is the one you have. That's it. One day at a time is how you get them. Why the lethargy? Over-busy? Doing what you really want to do? Being with the folks you want to be with? Creating that which makes you pleased with yourself? Derailed?

Using death as your advisor is the wisest counselor you could entertain. Think about it. What if just before you plot your day, or say something to someone, or make a plan you asked yourself, "If I knew I were going to die tomorrow, would I do this? Would I say this? Would I think this was really meaningful to me? Would I scratch it pronto? or What then would I move to the top of the list? What else would I say? To whom would I say it? What project would I turn my focus to with full throttle? What would I stop doing? What would I do differently if I had the chance?"

Well, you have today. You have the chance. You have the time.

For me the bottom-line question is: "Is what I am focusing on today, saying this minute, being now going to make me say to myself when I'm heading to the other side, well done, Kath."

No more excuses, no more blame. Just bloody well get on with it! Make love. Create your opus. Play. Make your impact! Take up your bed and walk. Live it deeply and slowly and meaningfully. Bring the fullness of yourSELF to now, to the project, to the conversation to your physicality. Apply your Spirit in every facet of your life. Watch yourself change the way things are done, accepted and perceived because you brought yourSElf to the table.

That is when either/or transforms to "and". That's when solutions show up that no one could have imagined. That's when It IS ANSWERED.

Talk to death today and take its advice....

Evolutionary, Not Revolutionary

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Hope you're in fine form after another St. Paddy's Day!

In my last blog I spoke about sound as a possible source of fuel. Subsequently I found a site called CR4 where there are discussions about things like this and threw the question out there. And yes, there is something called thermalacoustics.....it's a start. Check out the site. I love so much the web and the technology so that we call share ideas and information from person to person. You know, we can kick start an idea and see where it might go. Thanks to all who responded to my query!

In all things we need to keep in mind that things here on planet earth are evolutionary, not revolutionary. From personal change to change on the planet, in all things. The reason for this is
consciousness, expansion, and vibration in thought form. We can experience sudden and quantum changes. We can allow that to happen and we can experience it. Seldom, though, is the consciousness necessary for the change to stabilize and take root available, however. An example is perhaps someone who wins the lottery and does not havee the "consciousness" of wealth and prosperity. Within a period of time their, situation will revert to where it was prior to the win.

The work is done in individual consciousness one moment at a time. One focused thought at a time. One subject at a time. Wherever you've left your vibration on any given subject is where you've left it. It's no different than knitting. When you put it down, it's complete only to the point where last you set it down.

If you're working on the consciousness of health, take the place where you are and begin working that thought upwards ever so slightly to a higher vibrational thought, it feels just a wee bit better than the doom thought you're dwelling on now. And work with that for a few days and then you can reach higher...and again....and again, one wee better thought at a time. You stabilize at each step.

You do this process on any subject where you "feel" yourself resistant. Space travel, sound as fuel, love, war.....come on America....let's start raising those thoughts to higher vibrations. I think we've had enough of a run in the muck of fear and doom.

Start with yourself. Start with your fear and find the next highest, better feeling thought and don't stop until you feel.....FREE! Remember, it is evolutionary, not revolutionary for lasting change.
