Dreams Made Manifest: Following Your Internal Guidance

Good Morning Everyone!

Quite recently a dream of mine has come true and become manifest.

My book, The Earthling's Quick Start Guide: Master Operating Your Unit on Earth (A Short Refresher Course in Applied Spirituality) was published and launched with a complete online course.

This dream, which has many facets, has had a long genesis, perhaps even a lifetime or lifetimes...

As I was speaking yesterday at my book signing party to a small group who had come to help me celebrate this extraordinary, ordinary event, I was struck by how 30 years of study and contemplation could be embraced in one tiny 3.5" x 5.5" book.

The answers is that Truth is simple. The years involved in getting to the Truth were the work of unlayering the beliefs and prejudices of a human mind until at last reaching Pure Mind, unconditioned Mind, or Godmind.

The journey has been exciting and full of earthly adventures in the quest to uncover God in all Earthly events as experienced by me in my life. "I know there's a Pony in here somewhere!"
My assumption is that if It is operating in every event in my life, then it is so in everyone else's life, as well.

Indeed, there is always God, Truth, Life, Source in every physical form, event, manifestation if we are looking through the eyes of Godmind, not our conditioned human mind which judges everything in terms of 'good' or 'bad'.

I dreamed a dream long ago to understand the Truth of Being: my beingness and yours. I have variously followed the promptings of my Internal Guidance which has led me unerringly through every human experience common to each and every one of us and then some. My intention long ago was to understand the Truth of Being and to know God aright: that was and is the Map.

Along the way I have only ever been derailed by moments of "peer group pressure" to conform my life to the expected views and take the road most commonly traveled. However, perhaps my own Spirit, supported by my parents' teaching me as a child to "think for myself" eventually and inevitably caused me to course correct and regain the path of my dream.

It is a wondrous thing to behold a dream come true. I mean a big personal dream, not just a wish for new shoes or a parking space. Rather, to look in hindsight over the journey and to witness the perfection of the Guidance that led you to this culmination point of fulfillment. It's a WOW.

I am especially in awe of the elegance of each and every step of the journey, although in those moments, I didn't understand but could only hold the space in my human mind that it was perfect and I would understand eventually. Some might say this was faith; I call it holding the space of Well Being and watching, beholding your life in its moments, as pure genius always on the path of your Good and letting go, constantly and continuously letting go...

Of course, the Dream has many parts and there is more unfolding as my adventure continues. But I wanted to share with you today a reflection point. It is as if I have been climbing a vast mountain, one moment at a time, and at last I have reached one of the landing stations. The view from here is unparalleled and one that I couldn't possibly have imagined. I am thrilled; I am humbled; and I am contented - and reaching for More on my infinite and eternal journey.

But for today, I have stopped to Enjoy the View and Appreciate It.

Thanks for reading!

The Economy: Adaptation or Extinction

Good Day Everyone,

The doomsayers keep spinning their web based on "reality".

The latest figures state that over 4.4 million jobs have been lost and that the unemployment figures are at 8.1%. May I point out that this means 91.9% of Americans are still employed!

In an article in today's New York Times, journalists Peter Goodman and Jack Healy point out that a vast remaking of the United States economy is underway. Finally!

The way we have done business in American obviously hasn't work. It has been based on the fear of lack. This ubiquitous belief has propelled banks and others to conduct business often in less than ethical or healthy terms.

Think about this for just a minute. When you're afraid there's not enough for you, what does your human mind do with this information? It begins scheming and conniving, right? The prevailing belief in American business has been that bigger is always better. It doesn't consider that the quality of the growth is of any consequence.

Years ago I had a professor at Cornell who was showing us the "life cycle" of a business. The business is born, it grows, it levels off. Then, at this point, it has to grow again. Here's the critical point: unless it changes this growth cannot be accomplished. The change required at that point is something NEW and innovative, a better version of what has come before it. In the hospitality sector, this meant proliferating more franchise products, so that now all we see at every freeway off ramp is a saturation of the same products and not a whole lot of unique choices. Everyone took their competitive marketing cue from the others, basically resulting in a lot of the same. It was a whole lot more fun and interesting (quality) to travel by car 40 years ago when the choices for food and lodging were offered by independents from the local region.

Another strategy for growing a company after the leveling-off stage has been merging and acquiring. Giant conglomerates have emerge from this strategy like Phillip Morris. This doesn't mean that the company improved, changed, or re-made itself, it just means that "on the books" it grew in dollars earned often acquiring companies within industries in which they had no expertise. Much like the American consumer just buying more stuff.

Business is a place where innovation can and should be rewarded. However, the American thinking of investors has been just to make money by whatever means - in short, the idea of quality and innovation was thrown to the wayside for profit taking by parting out companies and/or betting. The stock market is now less the arena for supporting new businesses and ideas than it is a commonplace craps table.

We can have methods for evaluating a company, but without regard and respect for the inherent "quality" of a company factored in, the products and services, ideas and research that drive a company are not in the calculations. This is basically equivalent to no one saying, "Ah, excuse me, the Emperor is naked."

Take the American car companies, for example. All are 'victim' of lackful thinking /or group think. This is how business is always done. Over the past decade when other car manufacturers such as Honda and Toyota were putting out cars that lasted more than a decade and met fuel efficiency standards ahead of schedule, the American car companies were still creating gas hogs that self-destructed at less than 100,000 miles.

Natural Law on Earth is either change or go extinct. They nw are nearly extinct and we will watch to see if the US Government can support them while they try to catch up.

Mother Nature is not that accommodating. If a species cannot adapt, it dies.

Adaptation or change has to be built into the system of corporate evaluation. Indeed, the NYT journalists are right on target. A vast remaking of our economy must be underway, or we will perish. It's Natural Law.

The American people and our thinking over the last 100 years have traveled a path so far away from Nature, that we no longer even consider Natural Law when we are working on a business plan. It's about the money. Oddly enough, if we operate according to Natural Law where only Quality gets to exist, the money would flood in beyond our wildest dreams. Human mind thoughts based in lack and fear work counterproductive to the Laws of Nature, and therefore, are not sustainable.

We humans are Natural creatures subject to the Laws of Nature just as every flower, animal and cell are. Our creations are subject to Natural Law, as well. And Quality is the name of Her game.

What does this mean to you, the individual? It means you are subject to the Laws of Nature, as well. You must change and adapt or go extinct, as well. What holds you back from changing yourself into something more and better than the previous version of you? It's probably fear, just as fear of not enough led to this economic collapse. Indeed, it is time and the time is ripe for
creating a new economy based on Quality and Plenty.

As Anis Nin said, "There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

It's time for America, and each individual citizen, to bloom.

Christ Is A Consciousnes

Good Morning Everyone,

Recently I've been reading a really great book written by Depak Chopra, one of my heroes in life.
It's called, The Third Jesus, The Christ We Cannot Ignore. Bless him, for he has the eloquence and perspicacity to write the things I've espoused since I was a young girl.

Evidently Chopra, who was raised in India, was schooled in the Catholic Church by missionaries. He is open-minded and has the vantage point of blending different schools of thought: Buddhist teachings with ancient Ayurvedic Medicine and Christianity with Western Medicine. His mind looks for the Truth, which is usually found in the commonalities.

I've had the privilege of meeting Chopra twice, although I doubt he would remember me. But the first time was just after I had written my first book. I had written on my "knowing". I had no evidence that what I knew to be True was fact. In listening to the lecture, he began putting the science beneath my "knowing". I remember sitting in the audience with tears streaming down my face. Thank you, I thought. For the Western World is all about science and facts, dismissing "knowing" as heresy and airy fairy. This one man has done more for bridging the nonphysical world and the physical world as well as the spiritual world the religious world.

In his most recent book he takes the four gospels and isolates the words that are directly attributed to Jesus and talks about them in terms of not literal, but in higher consciousness.

As I was listening to the book, the same phenomenon occurred with me, the tears were streaming down my little cheeks. I have always felt Jesus as a guide, not a savior. I have always thought of him as sort of a "big brother". The kind that is infinitely compassionate and willing to take his little sister on his journey, or show her the Way.

In the 1990's I was doing a type of chiropractic called Network, created by Donny Epstein. It is a very esoteric type of work, encouraging the Life Force to move up through the spine and as It does, it reveals the beliefs and behavior patterns that block the Truth. During many of those "clear outs" as they are called, this figure, Jesus would come to me and assist in my clearings. He was always jovial and easy natured, laughing quickly and cajoling me in my seriousness. Once we were swinging from swings hung on the stars. I remember him pointing to this giant patch of light on Earth. "See there," he smiled at me, "that's your life." This is the way I have felt about Jesus. He has and does come to me in other ways, as well. To help me build Trust in the Universe, he has had me mentally stand on the brink of the Grand Canyon, backwards. He walks out into the air and tells me to fall backwards. This little exercise took about 6 months before I could do it mentally. When I had achieved that, he moved out from behind me, standing now in front of me, and told me to fall backwards again, into the arms of All That Is, or God. That one took another 6 months, until I could realize that I am totally loved and supported without Him intervening in any way.

I have been very concerned about Christianity. At one point in my studies in the 1990's I undertook reading European History in order to find out what went wrong. It's a dismal account of the history of the church and the men that would use religion as a means of power. I grew up in the Eastern Orthodox Church, "the original church", but missed all the human-mind dogma as the sermons and scriptures were recited in Serbian. This, I now realize, was the ultimate blessing.

When I began my personal investigation into my own spirituality, I "knew" it was about Love.
I was so confused about the human version that I saw demonstrated around me, vs. my own knowing. When I wanted to get married, my priest could not marry us because my husband-to-be was not Orthodox, and the Bishop would not give his consent. At 19 years old I challenged the priest, "Who do you work for? The Bishop or God?" Always I've had this deep, profound understanding that religion was not God; and it is certainly not spirituality.

This is the time. It is now. All things that are not grounded in Truth will wash away as they were built on sand. Things grounded in Universal Truth, or God, will stand. Jesus was not a Christian. Jesus was a man, who in his lifetime, awakened to his true identity and achieved the Christed consciousness. This is what he asked us to do then, and is ready, willing and able to help us do now, individually. This is not a group activity, it is personal, intimate, and uniquely yours.

Applied Spirituality is the term I have coined to point the way for the individual to do that personal, intimate journey back into Oneness for him or her self. Like Jesus, I can only be a guide, I am not the map; nor is Jesus.

At the core of each of us is that Godchip, that Godchip is in the Field of Consciousness - the highest Field of Consciousness. We contact that, and It guides our way perfectly. This is applied spirituality, living the Christed Consciousness in the physical body like Jesus did, and Buddha and Krishna and others. You are perfectly wired for this journey in consciousness.

Depak refers to the Gnostic Gospels in his book. I'm going to read those.
