Cleaning Up Your Vibrational Signature - Part 1

Good Morning Everyone!

A cold, but Sunny! morning in Ohio. Yikes, we are all in a deep freeze right now. Knowing that everything is for the Good, I wonder the Good and Perfection that Nature has in mind with such a cold time. Is it killing bad bugs? Realigning new cold set points for fruit trees with a wonderful harvest to follow? Or strongly encouraging us to S.T.O.P.?

Last evening I went out with some new friends to a meeting. When we were driving home around midnight, everything was literally frozen in its tracks. Water dripping earlier in warming sunshine had frozen mid stream. Full S.T.O.P.

But even at midnight there was a significant number of cars on the road. We never S.T.O.P. When I got home, I offered the open door to my cat, Woody. "Want to go outside?" He looked at me as if I'd lost my mind, then changed his and tentatively stepped out. He took a few sniffs, shook his feet and hightailed it right back in. I tend to look at the beasts to see what a natural movement would look like without a human mind to interfere with common sense. Except for meals and potty breaks, even Woody the cat is hibernating, laying low, stopping.

But our relentless human mind will not let us be still. It pokes and prods with its incessant messages of lack and fear: better get out there, you're missing something; better go and try to make some money; better go, go, go and do, do, do.

We are beings. Being is ising. We vibrate, we are. This is the composite of Who We Really Are.
We are either ising contentment, joy, creativity, with our unique signature of areness - or we are ising our uniqueness in lack and fear driven by the dictates of our human mind that tells us there is simply not enough. So, where are you this morning?

What are you focusing on this morning? Is the task to which you are applying your focus (your Spirit) something that delights, invigorates and enlivens you? Or are you doing this thing because you mind told you that you should, or ought, or better had?

Nothing comes from nothing. Good begets Good. This is law.

The awareness of why you are doing whatever it is you are up to is paramount now. We are being raised into Light and Life; the results are going to come faster and faster. With your mind you are the focuser of where you are going, laser sharp and lightening fast.

If you are coming from a place of lack, it will get bigger. If you are motivated from a place of fear, that fear will magnify. There is no more time for "I'll get to it later".

Taking care of and cleaning up your vibration is today's work! Right now.

Like putting your clothes away as you use them, taking care of your vibration as you are aware of negative emotion in each moment, over time and without a whole lot of angst, you raise it bit by bit, day by day and soon you are experiencing a whole new life with a whole different set of choices available than those from where you began.

It's the New Year. If you made only one resolution and followed it through this year, cleaning up your personal vibrational signature would be the ONE.

Your assignment is to simply become aware of how you are feeling. Notice. Pay attention. Keep a journal or a log of how you are feeling and why you are doing whatever it is you are up to. What are you talking about and why are you saying it? For these are the things you are giving attention to and therefore, matter. They will become manifest more quickly. Notice, for now.

In the following posts I'll be giving you some very real and practical tools to use to deliberately change your personal vibrational content.

This is will be Your Good Year if you consciously and deliberately apply your Spirit.

Becoming A Selective Sifter of Information

Good Day Everyone,

Today is part 2 in becoming the master of your own reality. Today we're going to talk about becoming a selective sifter of all the information that comes your way.

How do you know what to pay attention to and what to let fall through the sifter. Good question and very good to master.

First of all, the most important thing is to be tuned in to your internal guidance system. This is otherwise experienced by you as your gut. When you are taking in information from any source, friend, family, CNN, the newspaper, your IGS will be monitoring it for its relevance to you. Specifically, it will be monitoring your focus for things that are for your GOOD. That is its job. It is constantly telling you by how you feel if what you are focused on is on the path for your GOOD.

This is because your IGS is your Godchip and is always in Well Being and living out the results of your desires - It is actually enjoying your dreams already. So there's your IGS skipity doo dahing in your dreams and fantasies, having a really GOOD time.

Now, let's say say your fantasy dream is that you want to be wealthy, prosperous, and financial stable. Your IGS is already experiencing the FEELING of that success, your very dream come true. You, however, are glued to the financial news on CNN watching the Dow plummet, you're reading everything you can about the banks failures and who's to blame. You FEEL your stomach turn sour, your neck is tight, a migraine is coming on. Those FEELINGS are your IGS NOT joining you in those thoughts. In other words, you are feeling the pain of that gap between your human mind focus/thoughts and your Godchip, which is in complete and utter fulfillment of your desire. That gap, the absence of GOOD (your Godchip), does not feel good to you.

Now, let's say you have that same desire for wealth, prosperity, and financial stability. You now focus yourself on stories of people that have achieved financial prosperity, their methods and strategies, or you simply imagine how wonderful it would feel to be there. The longer your focus is on the success of what you are desiring, the better you feel. New ideas join these thoughts, as you feel that success more and more. That you feel GOOD is telling you that you are closing that gap between your human mind and your Godchip who is living that success and its fulfillment.

Ok. Now it's every day life, you're going about your day and you have the radio on. The news comes on and it's about some doom story. What do you do? You change the channel. You find something that feels GOOD to you. Try on some up beat music and sing along or find a talk show that FEELS good to you, or better still, turn it off and CHOOSE some thought that raise your vibration.

Now let's say you've paid for a seminar and the lecturer goes off on a tangent describing to you all manner of traumatic failures, because these people just didn't follow his advice. What do you do? You have several choices: 1.) you can go to the bathroom and come back when he starts talking about positive stuff; 2.) you can tune out, write a letter to your sweetheart and tune back in when he gets to the GOOD stuff; 3.) you can listen and simultaneously edit saying things to yourself like, "This is only true for someone who places his authority in you, buddy, not me. I know about the Law of Attraction and I know that I control my vibration."

In absolutely everything in every minute of your day you have to be aware of how you are feeling. If someone in the break room is talking about how miserable he/she is or how sick someone is, or whatever misery is being hashed out, you get to LEAVE. You have the freedom, the right and the responsibility to change your mind and not be available for vibrations that do not FEEL GOOD to you.

It is very simple: garbage in yields garbage out. You don't have to voice anything to anybody; that is not your job. Your job is your vibration and your control is over your focus. Have some standard comments ready such as, "You know what, I just remembered, I have to make a call. If you'll excuse me." Or "I'll be back...." The point is you have made a choice FOR yourself, not against them, so you have no judgment about what they are talking about, all you know is, it's not for you.

My personal favorite, "Gotta Go!"

These are dramatic times that offer the perfect opportunity to become a very selective sifter of the data that comes in to you. These times are perfect for becoming the master of your focus and teaching yourself that you are, indeed, in complete control of how you FEEL. Master this, and you've pretty much mastered your life.

Next week we'll talk about what to focus on.

Remember, apply, apply, apply. It doesn't work if you don't use it.

Why Bad Things Happen to Good People

Good Morning Everyone,

Just this morning I had a call from one of my best friends. On Friday she and her husband left for vacation from the Eastern Sierras in California to enjoy three weeks in the Pacific Northwest. But by Saturday afternoon they turned back home. They had a call that Oak Creek which borders the Mount Whitney Fish Hatchery in Independence, CA had jumped its banks as a torrent of flood water and mud oozed its way through the Hatchery where they live. http://www.latimes.com/news/local/la-me-landslide15-2008jul15,0,6405307.story
http://mammothlakesvillage.com/blog/?p=580

My friend's husband is the Fish and Game Warden for the Bishop area and as such their housing is at the Hatchery. My friend recently retired from California State Parks.

When they arrived home, they surveyed the damage: their house itself was still intact albeit with 3' of mud piled up against the back side of the house. The garage and storage shed, however, that were along the banks of the Oak Creek were gone. Their 5th wheel was wrapped around a tree some distance from the house; the car buried in mud past the tires, and the truck damaged by the moving 5th wheel. His classic Harley, which he's had since high school has not yet been found. All his tools, history.

The reasons I write this story today is essentially this: He is a constant worrier. He frets about everything and often walks about in a state where one does not dare to tread.
A really wonderful, stand up guy, he thinks about the worst and keeps himself in a negative internal state most of his waking hours.

By contrast, his wife, is someone who sees the magic in everything, looks for the good and always finds it.

In this scenario, essentially all the losses in this event were his. The house and her items are untouched; literally everything that is "his" is gone.

I saw things like this after the Cedar Fire here in San Diego in 2003. When I returned after having been evacuated for a week, I drove and walked the areas just marveling at how it burnt this, but not that. The only conclusion I could come to was the vibrational countenace of those involved.

I speak from the vantage point of personal experience and personal observation. The year before the Cedar Fire, my trailer on my property blew up all by itself. Even the arson squad could not determine a cause. Accidental to be sure, but they couldn't identify the source for certain. In my own mind, I could. It was my vibration, as I had wished for a new life. I was miserable. Well, I got it.

When the Cedar Fire blew threw my neighborhood four times and less than a year later, and after I had moved back onto my property in a new 5th wheel, my new trailer was untouched. I had my answer. In that year from the time my trailer burnt down to the Cedar Fire, I had spent a lot of time doing my own inner work, raising my own vibrational countenance on many, many issue. When I saw how the Cedar Fire had literally burned just around my trailer and took everything else, I knew that this "vibrational" stuff was absolutely True.

As my friend described the damages to me this morning, I saw the pattern and asked her, "So, you, per se, are literally unscathed in this event?" "Yes," she replied. "And it's mostly his loss?" Again, "Yes."

Bad things happen to good people because they focus themselves on the negative. Your attention to a subject invites it into your experience. If you walk around in fear that bad things happen, they will.

I thought this story would illustrate it more than another "theory" talk. Two people, married, living in the same household. She holds her vibration to the Good. He holds his vibration to the negative and keeps himself in that state of worry.

Which will you do? Your choice, totally.
