The Fear Pandemic: Choose Fear or Well Being

Good Morning Everyone,

Well, here we go again. Yet another thing to be afraid of: swine flu. Geez.

To my thinking, the pandemic is fear.

The question is: Are you buying in? That's the only thing that really matters.

Listen for one minute with your mind in today's world to words of wisdom and Connectedness from President Franklin Delano Roosevelt in his first inaugural address.

Since Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden and that little drama, we have had the choice of focusing on fear or Well Being. We call it good and evil; by any name it is the clear choice to focus on what is Well - Good - God.

The temptation is always to believe human-mind over Godmind. This is where you get to choose to apply your spirituality - your Life Force - your Attention - your consciousness. Because wherever you freely choose to focus is what you will indeed get more of; it's Law.

People wonder why bad things happen to good people. It's because they believe in the duality - something other than God and Well Being. Focused there, you get to create anything you want here on Earth, including your own demise.

You, me, we all are Creators of our own every day, moment to moment reality. We do it by the Laws of Physics. This Law is the Law of Attraction which says that thoughts are vibrational and the more you think them, the more they matter - become matter - become manifest and real in your reality.

It's time to become the Spiritual Beings that we are right here, right now in the physical and take responsibiliy: it's not hocus pocus the way we create, it's physics, because we are physical creatures in a physical world and a physical universe. Where we are focused is what we get.

Turn off the television, stop watching the news, and get yourself reconnected with your own Godchip guiding you to your Good at every moment.

All is truly well, if you are focused on Well Being. Look for the Good - it's full.

Raising Global Consciousness: Love Includes Everybody

Good Day Everyone,

Recently there is media evidence that Love includes everyone is reaching the global political frontier. This is Good News, indeed.

First up is Cuba. Since Fidel Castro stepped aside turning control over to his brother, Raul Castro has stated that he's ready to discuss "human rights, freedom of the press, political prisoners — everything." This is in response to President Obama saying, "The United States seeks a new beginning with Cuba." Bravo! It is so overdue.

North and South Korea are talking again.

Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez has asked that diplomatic relations be restored between the US and Venezuela as a result of the Western Hemisphere Summit this past week in Port of Spain, Trinidad where 34 nations sat together to communicate. The Free Flowing of Source Energy is beautiful thing.

Even Iran is trying to have a new relationship with the US. Yesterday, President of Iran, Ahmadinejad instructed chief Tehran prosecutor Saeed Mortazavi to personally ensure that "suspects be given all their rights to defend themselves" against the charges. "Prepare for the court proceedings ... to observe and apply justice precisely," the IRNA state news agency quoted the president as saying. Ahmadinejad gave the clearest signal yet that Iran too was ready for a new relationship with the U.S.

Little by little we are talking to each other, once again. We are all in the family of man, we are all within God, we are all One.

It heartens me that we have a President that is leading this effort because he understands that Love includes, rather than excludes. These things will take time, of course, as people on all sides are reluctant to release fear, doubt and mistrust.

However, it is a beginning of a New Energy Flow in a New direction. The impossible is possible, we can live together in peace.

Forgiveness: Balm to the Soul

Good Morning Everyone!

A news item caught my attention yesterday as Livestation opened itself up on my computer. When the cyber faeries insist, I'm thinking I should pay attention. The story was about accused Nazi, John Demjanjuk, who was being carried from his home in Bath, Ohio for deportation.

Demjanjuk was obviously old and ill. At 89 he was a pathetic site, indeed. I wondered about the process, because it seems so vivid and cruel.

Years ago a friend and I were at a hospital where her father lay dying. He had been a very hard and cruel man to his family, according to her and her sisters. Now he was the same pathetic sight that Demjanjuk posed yesterday. She remarked to me in the hospital cafeteria, "You know, I think that sometimes you hate something so much that you become that thing you hate." That was probably 35 years ago, and yet I remember it as vividly today as if I had heard it yesterday. It rang of Truth.

There ought to be a statute of limitations on hate. Of course this is our personal internal, spiritual work. Each of us, individually.

It's not that these things happened so very long ago, it is the fact that hate, kept alive, only eats up the hater. This is what ought to be taught in every church, every synagog, every temple, and yes, even in schools.

Horrible deed set up a dramatic field of contrast in order that we might choose what we do want in the face of what we don't want. When we see cruelty, such as I saw yesterday as they were carrying Demjanjuk out of his home, I immediately wished for kindness, compassion, and most of all enlightenment for all.

Some will argue that this is about justice. What about those 29,000 people that he is accused of being an accomplice to their genocide? Who will speak for them? I say that they are all in Well Being, in Oneness with Source, and know nothing of hatred and revenge. They know they are eternal beings and that there is only Love. It is only here on planet Earth, as we grapple with evolving our consciousness that we debate these issues.

The greatest argument that I can put forth for forgiveness harkens back to what my friend observed about the journey of her feelings for her father. She became him, that which she hated most.

Without forgiveness, hate eats us up in our biology, in our relationships, and in the quality of the life journey that we are keeping ourselves from enjoying. It ruins our lives, not theirs. Why should we forgive and forget? Because we deserve it; even if they don't.

If we take just one individual, such as my friend, and now multiply that by the millions upon millions that "hate" for a "justified" cause, we now see why we are at war somewhere all the time. Hatred is then passed on to our beautiful children, who come in as pure Love. It is tantamount to poisoning our own Well. We think that we have to teach them about what horror was done to "us" all those years ago, so they will carry on our "fight". But where is the Love in that? Where is the Goodness in this?

Forgiveness is the hardest thing a human can do. I know. But when we undertake that Soul work and move through it and get beyond it, there is a vista of infinite possibilities that cannot be seen through the cloud of hatred. There is so much more on the other side.

We are being called to become spiritual adults; to grow up. This is the personal work that has to be done one by one in order to see a new Earth. It isn't about "them" or "those people"; it is all about the individual: you and me.

So the next time you hear yourself ranting about "them" or "him" or "her" and the outrageous thing they did, stop and listen to what you're saying and feel the vile that is coursing through your body. This is what your hardened heart is doing to You.

That, dear reader, is the first step in the journey of forgiveness; a return to Love in your own consciousness.

Take the journey. It's Good for You.

Depression: Holding Down Your Creative Spirit

Good Day Everyone!

The other day standing the check out line at the grocery store, I caught sight of a headline that said something like, "How will Obama talk us out of a Depression?"

Instantly my thoughts went to the idea that America was suffering from clinical depression, which is reflected in the economy.

The problem is within our psyche, our minds, obscuring our Souls.

According to the World Health Organization, depression is a common affliction and when "treated" or addressed results in improved economic productivity.

What is depression exactly? To my mind, and experience, it is the exhaustion we suffer when we spend every ounce of our energy trying to NOT hear our Inner Godchip, our Spirit, Who We Really Are.

That flame of ours, that Godchip that is ising within us each and every day, is Life insisting itself in and through us. Witness the daisy that pokes itself up through the blacktop and blooms. That same Spirit is insisting that Life flow through each of us.

We resist It. Rather, our human mind resists It. We believe what we read in the papers, we believe what others tell us about who we are and what we can achieve, we doubt ourSelf, and we dwell in the land of ego and human mind.

It, our Godchip knows nothing of impossible or can't. It IS. It knows all things are possible so it keeps on ising away, insisting Life and all Possibilities. The human mind resists these thoughts, and this takes enormous energy to keep the Truth buried.

The normal treatment these days for depression is the administration of anti-depressant drugs, which can for a short time, lift your mood and temporarily make you feel a bit better.

However, the journey of awakening and living a conscious life requires your participation. Certainly you can live on anti-depressants or St. John's Wort for the duration, but you won't feel the magnificence of Life flowing through you as you will when you actually stop resisting your Greatness and become It.

The economic depression is a mirror for the enormous amount of pent up personal Greatness in America. We are becoming Who We Really Are. The ego, the human mind, puts up quite a fight.

Imagine how we will soar when we stop resisting our Godchips and allow ourselves to become Who We Really Are? Magnificent. And, by the way, the world will look so different then, because we will be transformed, first.
